Shopify said yes.

Seventh one, and it’s short.

Two days ago I wrote about the app the filter made me build instead of the ones I wanted to build. At the end of that post it was submitted, not approved, sitting in Shopify’s review queue with zero customers and no guarantee it would clear. That was the honest version, because I’d just written a whole other build log about how the Apple side of this exact wait can drag for weeks.

Shopify’s queue moved fast. Kōkua is approved and live on the Shopify App Store, under Kahakai LLC.

I don’t have a launch, or a customer, or a revenue number to report. What I have is the thing itself, real, listed, installable, three days from a filter verdict to a live App Store listing. The filter said build the boring one. I built it. Shopify said yes. Now the actual work starts: get it in front of the merchants who need it, starting with the one it was built to help.
